Second, data is only useful if it's easily understood. So the DATATRACE^® System lets you analyze data in ways most meaningful to you. Data can be analyzed directly in the easy to use DATATRACE^® program or be exported to other programs.

Third, a system is only good if it gets used. Programming takes seconds and you are ready to start monitoring your process. Data retrieval requires a single key stroke and in a few more seconds you have access to your collected data. We don't think you'll find a data logging system easier or more adaptable than the DATATRACE^® System. You'll have all the options you need, including the ability to customize Tracers with probes and reading ranges.

DATATRACE^® Products

The DATATRACE^® temperature-only Tracers are the precise, easy way to measure process temperatures in a wide range of applications, such as EtO sterilization, validation and mapping, stability chambers, transportation studies, and various ovens.

These Tracers are available for applications where process temperatures range from -40° C to 360° C. Each configuration is available with a wide variety of probe configurations to satisfy most process requirements. In the FRB Tracer version, batteries are also field replaceable.

The Micropack, FRB Micropack, and Flatpack Tracers are Intrinsically Safe, NIST traceable, and carry CE certification.

The DATATRACE^® FRB Humidity Micropack is an excellent system to accurately monitor temperature, humidity, and dew point in process applications, such as EtO sterilization, validation and mapping, stability chambers, transportation studies, and drying ovens.

The humidity Tracer features a relative humidity sensor, which can be calibrated or even replaced on-site using the DATATRACE^® software. The batteries for the Tracer are also field replaceable.

The Humidity Tracer is Intrinsically Safe, NIST traceable, and carries CE certification.

FRB Humidity Micropack

The DATATRACE^® FRB Pressure Micropack is a uniquely designed system to accurately monitor temperature and pressure in process applications where pressure is critical but difficult to obtain, such as container-in-container applications, package design and process development.

The Pressure Tracer measures absolute pressure and is available in several pressure ranges appropriate for most process applications. Batteries for the Tracer are replaceable in the field.

The Pressure Tracer is Intrinsically Safe, NIST traceable, and carries CE certification.
